Linda Baker - Personal Profile
Linda was born and raised in Australia, coming to Canada in 1998 as a one year Rotary International Exchange Student with the Rotary Club of Winnipeg-Charleswood. Getting to know Canada during her one year stay, Linda made the decision to make Canada her permanent home and began the process of moving here as a resident and arrived to stay in 2001. Besides marrying her husband, Mike, who she had met while attending school in Charleswood, Linda spent the next 3 1/2 years as a manager with The Keg Restaurant.
Linda completed her real estate qualifications in 2004 and began working with RE/MAX in 2005. In 2006, John and Ken approached her to work with them as a specialized buyer's agent and she became an integral member of the team right from the start. Linda brings people skills and real estate knowledge to the team, as well as an understanding of how younger buyers and sellers view the whole real estate process.
Linda likes to keep fit in the gym and by looking after their dog, Lily. Not wanting to forget her roots, she is a member of the Down Under Club of Winnipeg.
